Rites of passage + Creative Containers.

I work with women in 2 capacities:

RITES OF PASSAGE: A 4 day container for women that are moving through big changes and need a guide to walk with you as you move into new territory. This work is transformative, mystical, and not for the faint of heart. Rites of passage work is inner work. It is about the inner shifts (inner deaths and births) that occur when you leave behind ideas and roles that no longer serve you. I've created rites of passage for women going through divorce, having surgery, shedding a role that doesn't fit, and I've walked with women that are hungry to get closer to their soul's mission and want a space for deep listening. This experiences includes private sessions, a rites of passage playbook with writing prompts, and a virtual or in-person circle where you can invite your closest friends to witness the new role you're stepping into.

CREATIVE CONTAINER: A 3 month coaching container for women getting their voices out into the world through their sacred work. If you have been longing to birth a new project or your heart is yearning to go deeper with your work or art, this is where I hold you through the process of creation. I've worked side by side with women to create all sorts of projects... One woman shows. Talks. Books. Creative visions that require a bold voice. Visibility projects to get work out into the world. New offerings. Clarity on your mission. The core of my work is about connecting to the body- the wisdom inside- so you can hear your heart first, feel your soul's truth, let that inform your voice + expression and build a plan of action from there.

I bring all of my tools to the table when we work together... connecting to the heart, being with the body and FEELING through embodiment + movement + breath, creative writing + visioning, strategy and deadlines (aka lifelines).
