1. BODY PRESENCE: body presence is a practice that allows you to feel what's happening within. Through breath and movement you reconnect to the emotion, desire, and wisdom inside. You connect to an energy that is rooted and wild, untamed and free so that your voice and creativity come from a deeper well of body and soul.
2. SOMATIC WRITING: somatic writing invites your body to have a voice. This practice includes the instincts, emotions, and creativity within your body to move through, move up, and express out. We weave creative writing with somatic writing to unearth stories that come from the depths of you. This is how you hone in on your original voice- rich with essence, carved from your life, and unapologetically unique.
3. SACRED WITNESSING: through the sacred witnessing of one another, RED women practice sharing and expressing while being held in a container that allows for messiness and vulnerability. Sacred witnessing is a beautiful, healing practice that works with visibility wounding to unravel the idea that women should be invisible or on the flip side, should only be looked at and judged. This initiatory modality develops confidence and a knowing in your bones that whether you are standing on a stage or in front of one person, you have the power to speak with courage.
We use the red method to awaken potential, healing, inner truths, and self-expression.
We apply this method to explore different themes throughout the year including BODY, VOICE, WOMAN, TRUTH, SEXUALITY, POWER, and more. Through this journey you'll come back to your body, your creativity, and your voice and experience the life-changing ripples of that connection.
There are many names for the original voice- your soul-led voice, the voice of the mother tongue, the creative voice, the wild woman voice.
Whatever you call this flavor of expression, the deeper point is this... your original voice is congruent with the depths you hold. IT IS CONNECTED TO YOUR POWER. It is stunningly unique. It is the voice women are trained out of writing, speaking, and sharing from. You can't find it through studying or learning about it. This voice asks you to reach in, touch the center of your soul, risk, align with the gifts you're here to give, and share from that untamed place of feminine truth. This is the work we do in here.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE:
3 MONTHLY LIVE RED IMMERSIONS WITH CHRISTINA: These run for 2 hours. You'll be led through Christina's signature method of connecting to your body through movement, writing from the depths, unlocking your expression, and taking up space with your voice as you share your writing with the group. Some gathering will also include deeper dives in uncovering creative desires, opportunities to share in front of the whole group, prompts to unlock hidden truths, lighting up your wildest dreams, and q&a with Christina. RED SACRED STAGE: Every quarter you'll have the opportunity to come to the on-line sacred stage. THIS IS ONLY OPEN TO OUR GROUP. You'll share your voice and get lotssss of celebration. This ignites and inspires each one of us and it feeds your courage, your confidence, and the part of you that is hungry to be brave and wildly expressed.

I healed some old stuff that came up as a result of the writing… and as a result of that healing, I felt a renewed level of confidence, joy, and energy. A lot of creative projects that I had to put to bed started to naturally resurrect themselves. I began dabbling in stand-up comedy. Out of nowhere an opportunity presented itself to start podcasting with radio executives. I rekindled old friendships with creative types in the industry. This work invites women to go to the depths and hear what is stirring and brewing underneath. It's about unearthing the parts and pieces that were confined to a tiny corner when they need a a vast land. It's about becoming more of who you're meant to be, who you DREAM of being.
This is not about being bold for the sake of visibility.
It is about daring to speak the truth of one's life and take up space BECAUSE THAT IS YOUR BIRTHRIGHT.
Once women unleash their unapologetic voice- all sorts of shifts happen.
A number of women in this space have written memoirs, one woman shows, talks, poetry books, created podcasts because they have tapped into their truest voice.
Others have healed their relationship with worth, visibility, learned how to express freely, and called in desires because they have gotten clear on what they are here for.
Christina is a master at facilitating and making room for each person in the room to have her breakthrough. She has worked with hundreds of women on voice, visibility, writing, speaking, and self-expression. Her signature RED METHOD began in a studio in LA, only open to locals. It is now available to women all over the world that are ready to have a community, a practice, and a space to unleash their unapologetic voice.

someone else’s voice was more powerful—in the Red process I realized that I was comparing my
writing and my internal voices of doubt to other people’s finished product assuming that they
didn’t feel the same doubts or worries. Hearing other women say, “this is just a draft. I didn’t
have time” and then having them blow me away, made me realize we all have those voices inside
that we have to just tell to step aside so we can let our true voices be heard.”

I have fear around sharing my personal stories. Should I wait to join?
First, you never have to share. Second, I know what it's like to be terrified of being visible. Or being visible but feeling like you're not fully being yourself. This is why I created this space. When you join us, you step into a container that is about growing your capacity to stand in your full range as a woman. I teach a very specific way of witnessing in this group so that you feel a sea of loving eyes vs the sea of criticism. This is how we heal and grow. It is life-changing. And you don't have to share. But I promise, you will want to once you feel the shifts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a writer to join?
I see every woman as a writer, because women are made of stories. But you do not have to call yourself that to join! We use writing to help you tune into your original voice. Which equals rich and deep writing. But women come into this space for all sorts of reasons- wanting to feel more confident in themselves, wanting to access their truth through writing, wanting to release old stories, wanting to feel lit up again. AND we do have women that use the writing they create in RED and pour it into books, memoirs, and messages because they've finally tapped into the voice they have been searching for.
I can make some of the LIVE calls, but not all of them. Would this be worth it?

If you're able to attend 2 workshops out of the month and watch the recordings- you will receive so much. We also have our quarterly sacred state on Saturdays that are a great way to plug in.

We have our red immersions on Wednesdays at 5pm pst/8pm est. Classes run for 2 hours. There is a sacred stage on-line gathering once every quarter on a Saturday.
